hi everyone, I was curious I have been a c for pretty much my whole life, since about 10 years old, in the last two years I've sort of alternated, had d about two days a month, I chalked this up to being in school and stress, I've since graduated, and have a new job,(more crazy stress) and am now a d every morning, which I think is much worse than c. I'm on the diet, and right now doing break the cycle. I take imodium and then ussually feel if not good, ok enought to function and work. anyone have any advice? I'm having a hard time with the whole d thing, since it is completly unatural for me consider my past chronic c. thanks.
