It is always good to be aware and look into things, but generally the 'whole grain' now a days can be tolerated, especially when it really doesn't have fiber anyway. Always be cautious about whole grain wheat, but whole grain oats, rice and corn already have a mix of IF and SF and most foods still have flour as a backup ingredient. The whole grain trend scared me at first but has turned out just fine, as long as a person isn't ultra sensitive to IF. General Mills cereals always say whole grain but almost all of them are still safe.
