So I tried doing a search on the boards for this but couldn't really find the answer specifically. I have a question about whole grains -- I recently bought a rice cereal and the front of the box advertised that it had whole grains. But then, when I looked at the fiber content, it said it had zero grams. So does that mean it doedsn't have any insoluable fiber? I was under the impression that's the reason to be cautious with whole grains -- too much IF. Is there any other reason, besides the IF, to avoid whole grains? I'm sorry if this is a stupid question, it just confused me Thanks in advance!
