Is anyone taking Citrucel Caplets? I have been getting mine at Sam's Club and went there today and they no longer have them......I'm in a panic because they are so expensive, I used them and Acacia. Any suggestions of place where it is cheaper would be appreciated!!!
Also, I have noticed my mojo is out of wack...my BM's. When I'm not cramping and having D, my BM's are usually every morning, as long as I eat oatmeal every morning (I love it, but it does get boring) anyway, the next medication I am taking is throwing off my BM's and now I've noticed I'm skipping a day between BM's....My question is should I increade my Acacia and fluids or add more IF? Any suggestions please.
