Aloe vera = dangerous even freeze-dried?       07/16/07 04:18 PM Edit Reply Quote jamie_visiting Reged: 06/25/07 Posts: 7 I just stumbled upon the IBS newsletter from May 2004 that warned against using aloe vera supplements. I've been taking the Desert Harvest freeze-dried aloe vera supplements for a few weeks for my suspected interstitial cystitis. The company claims that it uses a process that makes the pills non-laxative, etc. Should I stay away from them anyway or is this freeze-dried product different/safe?
