Try Whole Foods if you're in Naperville.

If you're in Rockford, try Natural Choices on Riverside (by Thai Cuisine) or Woodman's. The 320 Store might have something, too, but I don't remember to go in there very often. There's also that new store on Main across from where the K-Mart used to be. I haven't been in there yet, but I hear they have "weird stuff," so it might be worth a look anyway.

Although, I believe many of the soy cheeses have casesin in them, too. It doesn't bother me.

My all-time favorite soy cheese is Lisanatti, but I can't find that in Rockford. I bring a cooler & stock up whenever I'm near a Whole Foods.
