I had taken antib for a stomach thing over a year ago and it really messed me up. I was on Jarro Dolphis, but it's not strong enough I guess to balance me back out. That antib was for a stomach infection, which I found out later I didn't have. It was an IBS flare. But meaning it went only to the stomach to kill bacteria so I'm all dried up. You would take this with fiber and whatever else you take. Like I will be taking this with the Nature Calm. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
