As Zelnorm has been taken off the market, I was desperate to try something new. The Amitiza immediately made me very sick, almost like having a stomach virus with explosive diahrrea and intense nausea. I would never ever take that medication again. Zelnorm was the only thing that has ever given me relief. Hope they put it back out on the market again soon. Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
