Hey Abby,
My weekend went pretty well, I played in a frisbee tournament all the whole time. I was a little nervous because I had to stay over in a hotel with friends and thought my IBS would flare up because of the added stress, but I made it through without any major problems. I brought my own food, which of course the guys on my team devoured, lol. But we had absolutely gorgeous weather for most of it, a little rain but nothing crazy, and did well as a team. How was yours? Do anything fun? By the way, the celestial seasoning teas work great in the iced tea maker I got. I actually brought the teas I brewed with me this weekend and it was nice not to always drink water
