I went from D all the time to C, and boy, was that a shock! I think some switching around of symptoms is somewhat normal, because you're doing a lot of things differently all at once, if you're doing the diet right - it's a lot for a body to process (but in a good way!). I don't think you have much to worry about unless you suddenly have bloody stools, more pain than usual, more severe symptoms like that - in which case, I'd get to a doctor.
