There is no unsweetened decaf tea mix that I know of that's safe - most of the "sugar free" ones contain artificial sweeteners, which makes them unsafe. In addition, black tea - even decaf - is a potential trigger, because of the tannins in the tea, which can be a digestive-tract irritant.
