Hi,
I am going away for the weekend to play in a frisbee tournament. This is the first time that I will be staying in a hotel since being diagnosed with IBS. I am making a big effort not to stress about it (positive thinking, just started the hypno tapes this week). However, I was wondering if anyone had any advice for ways to prepare? I am planning on bringing my own food. The reason that this has stress potential (besides the obvious change anxiety) is because I will have to rely on port-a-potties while at the tournament (oh joyous!) and I will be staying with friends in the hotel room and that also will make me anxious. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone who has attempted the "weekend away" idea for the first time has any advice for me. Even small ideas would be most helpful. Thanks!
