I made Heather's Turkey club sandwich, from her DVD, and now my BMs are poor and I have a lot of gas and bloating!!!!!!!

I also have incorporated Soy Yogurt (Wholesoy and company) as a snack; as well as Lil Soy Dreamers.

Everything is IBS safe, but I am miserable. Could it be that my body is adjusting to the diet change?

I take three tablespoons of Acacia per day (have been for the past year) and try to eat IBS safe foods.

What do you guys think?
