Hi there - If you follow the guidelines at web page you should be able to eat quite a lot of fresh fruits and veggies. If you're really touchy, I find that blending them up is the safest way to go. So smoothies for the fruits, or blending them into fruit breads (zucchini, banana, pumpkin). And pureed pasta sauces, dips for bread, or soups for the veggies. If you cook, peel, seed, finely dice, and/or puree the fruits and veggies they tend to be really tolerable - especially if you eat them with a soluble fiber base like oatmeal, rice, pasta, potatoes, etc.
