Just wondering if any of you IBS-D people out there use acacia and could give a rough estimate about how much you use daily in terms of getting "more stable?" I just upped my dosage to 2 teaspoons a day (I was feeling ok with 1 1/2 before but not great) and had an attack this afternoon. Is this just my body adjusting to the increase? I have definitely been increasing the dosage slowly and following the diet. Any advice/personal experience would be extremely helpful. Thanks!!!!
