Any Meal Plans for IBS-C (non-cook here)       04/23/07 07:30 PM Edit Reply Quote cosmo Reged: 04/23/07 Posts: 3 I see all the recipes, but I'm not too great in the kitchen, nor do I have a lot of free time to try different recipes. I've looked over Heather's soluble fiber list, and foods to avoid, and although the gas and bloating are significantly reduced, I am just getting more constipated. I realize I need IF, but would appreciate if someone has some meal plan ideas to make it easier for me in my hectic life. Thanks much! Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
