Nutrition Labels and SF       04/15/07 11:26 AM Edit Reply Quote AndrewIBSC Reged: 03/23/07 Posts: 159 Loc: PHiladelphia, PA Whenever I check nutrition fact labels I get confused and wonder if soluble fiber is always included on the label. For example I bought a bag of white sushi rice and it says it contains 0 grams of dietary fiber. Also white bread says 0 grams. According to Heather rice and bread are soluble fiber sources but why then is it not listed on the label???? Anyone know???? Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
