I really disliked it, didn't do anything for the cramps and if I took it at night, made my sleep/dreams very strange and not restful. I am now taking Clonazepam to help me sleep (since I get a lot of gas pain at night) and find it highly preferable. But I should add that the Librax didn't make me more C, so if I were you I wouldn't NOT try it on that basis.
