Good Morning Andrew,
I too have not conquered gas & bloating. I've tried every suggestion that has come up on the boards to no avail. My biggest problem is when it just sits there & doesn't come out. That is when I get the pain. 
Suggestions have been fennel tea, fennel capsules, peppermint tea, peppermint capsules, beano, gas-X, hot water bottle. What works for one person may not work for another, try them though. If you find something that works, please let us know. Alot of IBS-Cer's are bothered by gas.
