Hi Andrew, Looking at your sample meal plan, I would say add more IF in the form of vegetables (well cooked) & fruit, Add these slowly or your body will reward you with GAS & BLOATING. When I make a fruit smoothie, I also add ground flaxseed. The ground flaxseed is an excellent source of IF. I tried taking Benefiber, but it was expensive. The Acacia is more economincal, and higher in SF per dose than Benefiber. Drink lots & lots of water, and exercise daily. Try taking the Natural Calm in the evening before you go to bed. Be patient, and give it a good six months.
