Like you, I can't eat wheat. Spelt (a close relative of wheat) is no better, especially since spelt products are generally whole grain which can be more difficult to digest.
There are quite a few rice breads available nowadays. You can also buy rice noodes, pizza crusts, tortillas, hamburger buns, cookies, muffins.... Rice bread usually needs to be toasted to make it tasty. I also eat a bread made entirely of oats. Oats, rice, and quinoa are my grains of choice, no wheat for me.
