After 8 months I am having a BM everyday, but have not conquered the pain. I am working on that now that the BM is "Stable", but I don't consider myself Stable because of the pain. I am having a few days of no pain or very little pain, but it hasn't "gone away" I am listening a second round of hypno tapes, adding soothing teas to my diet, and taking more time outs for ME. Went to the mountains over the weekend to visit a cousin and didn't take any responsibilities with me. Geuss what!!!! - No pain all weekend.
