Thanks for the reply, is this the kind that sits on the shelf and is not refrigerated? Once you open it, how soon do you have to consume it and is the the pacific brand that you are talking about, is is hard to fine? Sorry for so many questions, I'm jsut missing my cereal so much, I want to get back to eating it.....I love my cereal. Thanks again
