What to eat after a sigmoidoscopy?       02/21/07 11:55 AM Edit Reply Quote Digby Reged: 07/31/04 Posts: 453 I'm having the test done on the 28th (yech). I have to fast 24 hours before and drink a gallon of Colyte as a prep to clean out the colon. Anyone take that before? And what's safe to eat after the test? I'm very nervous about all of this.
