Tofu substitutes for recipes? Anyone?       12/02/03 11:56 AM Edit Reply Quote Heather Reged: 12/09/02 Posts: 7799 Loc: Seattle, WA I'm drawing a blank on what you could use in things like tofu cheesecake. For main dishes with tofu as the centerpiece, you could just use white fish or chicken breasts. But for blending up tofu to make a creamy base...hmmm...maybe one of the rice cream cheese or sour cream products?
