Not sure what it is about tomatoes that gives me problems. It could be the acid. However, I don't have problems when I used pure tomatoe paste in small amounts in sauces. For example, I make a very thick spaghetti sauce using about 3 tablespoons Hunts tomatoe paste with red wine, lemon juice, herbs & spices, salt and a bit of sugar.
Peaches are one of the fruits you will have to experiment with. I suspect some varieties are safer than others. The USDA database says a peach contains a little less fructose than glucose. It should be safe. However, I am sure that some varieties of sweeter peaches will contain more fructose than glucose and present a problem for some people.
