Our menus are very similar, lots of rice, safe veggies always cooked, chicken, fish, shrimp etc.. On a daily basis I also eat mushrooms (with lunch and supper dishes), applesauce (snack) and berries (in my oatmeal instead of your kiwi/banana), and I tend to bake muffins or cookies to snack on.
(Note: I don't eat any pork, and haven't tried bison yet)
