Hello, I thought I posted this question but do not see it. I wondered i fyou could tell me/us what you eat as far as a daily menu. When you have your fruit and how - cooked, pureed, which ones you have always and which you have now and then? Any vegtables you avoid? How does squash, pumpkin, and sweet potatoe fit with the avoidance of High fructose? Do they fall in the category of avoidance or no? What about molasses? Brown rice syrup? Thank you very very much.
