I've had two children and I hate to tell ya this, but gas and bloating is totally normal for even healthy, normal women. You can try gas-x or things like Tums (which also has extra calcium). Just watch your diet and avoid things that you know cause gas, do yoga or pilates. Pre-natal yoga is great for gas. Generally, when you get pregnant, the hormones and, then later the baby himself, cause changes to your digestion and slow digestion down. Once baby gets big enough, he will push on the intestines and that slows digestion. In many cases, as soon as baby is born, everything goes back to normal.
