I have had my ibs under control for over 2 years. I am 5 weeks pregnant and suffering with severe gas and bloating constantly. I can't sleep and I already suffer from insomnia. I don't know what I can take that will help me with the pain. I am afraid it is going to trigger a really bad attack. I don't want to harm my baby. Help what can I take????? Also what can I take for the insomnia??? Please help!!!!!
