I take SFS three times a day. In the morning and evening, I take Walmart's version of Benefiber (Member's Mark Optifiber) mixed in water. With lunch, I take two FiberCon caplets 30 to 10 minutes before the meal. (Sometimes I forget until 10 minutes before.) I keep a small tin of them in my purse at all times.
I take the morning dose almost as soon as I wake up and the evening dose with dinner.
Along with the diet, I found the mid-day dose really helped me as I was becoming stable.
