However, Google can be an effective tool for searching the board by adding the follow text to each Google query

The additional text tells Google that you only want search results from the helpforibs.com web site. This search can also be done using the Google advance search feature and putting helpforibs.com in the domain field.

For example to search for the word vitamins or the phrase soluble fiber enter one of the following text strings in the Google search window

'soluble fiber' site:helpforibs.com

The URLs to pages and documents in the web site are listed in descending order of their importance determined by how often other web sites link to them. Today Google indicated that it contained 724 and 2,850 URLs to web pages and documents on this web site containing the word vitamins and the phrase soluble fiber, respectively.

There is a limitation. If you want to find recently posted information then use the search tools on the web site. It can take Google a few days or longer to index newly posted information.
