This is a little outside the subject of this thread but fits with the subject of the previous post so...
I think it's so annoying when the same product has different ingredients in different countries. It's so tiring to have to double check everything... We have enough problems as it is here in Sweden since we don't have a lot of alternative products. Here you're pretty much lucky if you find a product at all, but there is no chance of finding an organic low-fat version... Unless maybe if you live in Stockholm (our capital)...
Another problem is that when you bake and use for example Heather's recipes you don't know if the fat content will be the same et.c. because you don't know how similar the products you use are.
For example, Heather says cocoa powder is fat free. Mine says it has about 20 weight % fat. Of course since you don't use that much cocoa powder the amount per serving might be so low it could be called fat free... Another thing is applesauce. I can't find an unsweetened applesauce where I go shopping, except the garbage with artificial sweeteners, and I really don't want to make my own applesauce every time I want to bake something, so I use applesauce with sugar (I just try to make sure it has as much apples as possible and as little sugar and other stuff as possible - I'm pretty happy with the one I have now since it only contains apples, sugar, pectin and a preservative that I think it pretty ok).
