Are garlic bagel chips safe?

Hi,
I bought some garlic bagel chips and wanted to know if these would be safe. The bag says they are 96% fat free and the ingredients are unbleached wheat flour, garlic, soybean oil, salt, liquid brown sugar, malted barley flour, yeast, vinegar, ascorbic acid
