Baked goods gifts for IBS/diverticulitis folks?       11/29/06 11:54 AM Edit Reply Quote AstroChick Reged: 12/30/03 Posts: 1023 Loc: Chicago, IL, USA I'm starting to think about my Hanukkah/Christmas/New Year's gifts, and I was wondering if anyone has a good online source for safe baked goods? My grandma has both IBS and diverticulitis, so I'm looking for both IBS-safe and no nuts or seeds. Probably the best way to do this would be to bake something myself, but I really hate cooking and it's going to be a busy month for me. I'm looking at some vegan bakeries, but they seem to be nut-happy and not necessarily low-fat. Ideas? --AC Print     Remind Me     Notify Moderator
