I am so psyched!!! It wasn't the Amaranth flakes. I ate them this morning and they were soooo good....and I had no problems at all. It had to be that spicy french onion soup. Like I said I usually eat it on occasion with no problems, but this one was so spicy I was kinda choking on it.

Thanks again to everyone for your help!! It's really comforting to know I have Heather's website to come to and be able to get help for myself and give help to those who need it.
