I've eaten it before in other restaurants and it never bothered me and that's why I am having a hard time guessing which one it is. I am going to try the Amaranth flakes again on Saturday morning. I didn't want to chance doing it during the week and have to suffer at work if I get the same attack. I agree also with all of you, trying to eat more healthy really hits you in the wallet. The small box that I bought was like $3.50. I'm glad that I do eat more healthy, but it sucks that it costs so much. I really feel bad for anyone with gluten problems because that is very costly. Anyways, I really really hope it wasn't the Amaranth flakes because they were soooo tasty. They had such a great nutty flavor to them. I'll keep you updated after I try them again.
