The bagged amaranth shouldn't go to waste. Cooked amaranth might be more tolerable? You could try looking for some recipes online.

As for the other cereal, I would treat it as IF. If you need some IF then it's a good source. I could probably tolerate it if I had acacia+tea before it, and soy milk with it. But if you're looking for a safe SF cereal then it's not really quite there.

I may just look for this Amaranth next time I'm at the HFS.
