The second one looks great. They use Amaranth flour which is SF.

It's the same as whole wheat vs white flour. White flour is actually made from whole wheat, the outer hull is removed and it is processed into flour. While whole wheat is IF, white flour is SF.

There is also whole wheat flour, which is whole wheat ground up until it gives a texture of flour. This still contains the IF. The first cereal you listed has Whole grain Amaranth. This most likely means that the IF is still there, just ground up.
