I couldn't find on the site where it separated SF form IF.
This is my cereal Nu World and it lists only .8 grams soluble out of the 4 total. I suppose because it doesn't contain the other SF grains like oats and barley. Do you think my cereal maybe isn't so safe to snack on?
But this is my other cereal cereal #2 which lists 8 grams SF out of 9. I wonder if it's suppose to be .8 or why the big difference.
