It may tell us if it would be futile. Most people only visit this message board periodically. The number of frequent user of this message board is relatively small. It will take quite awhile to get a reasonable number of responses. Polling on this message board would be easier if every time someone voted the poll question was 'bumped' to the top of the message queue. Unfortunately, because it doesn't work that way poll questions tend to 'sink' quickly. Infrequent visitors tend read a few current topics and they may miss the poll.
