It's possible to be allergic to anything - literally. Every food, beverage, supplement, drug, or ingestible substance you take can cause a potential allergic reaction. It's not practical or even logical to label everything in the world to indicate that.
Acacia is a very low allergenic substance. That's why it's used in so many beverages and foods (usually called gum arabic), and why it's considered GRAS (generally recognized as safe) by the FDA.
