Thanks for your responses. Okay, so apparently I never needed to "wait" until this morning to relieve myself. About 2 1/2 hours after coming home from the restaurant, I had severe gas pains and was on the toilet with severe d for so long! This is the worst attack I've had in a month of starting Heather's diet and the Acacia and it has really dropped my confidence level, but I have to try to keep relating it to what I ate. It could have been anything...the veggies (I had a salad too)...maybe too much oil on the pasta? Also, I think I might have eaten too much. I'm not going to stress so much about the trigger...I just have to get back in the routine like you suggested and never go to that restaurant again! I actually felt a bit nauseous too and had the chills...does anyone else feel this way when they have bad attacks? I always seem to get feverish. My husband was a lifesaver this morning and drove my son to school, then watched my daughter while I slept for like 3 hours. Maybe it was even a trace of food poisoning or I was just run down. Who knows. I actually ate oatmeal this morning and was fine, but I took 2 Immodium this afternoon b/c I was anxious about going out (had a bunch of stuff to do with the kids). Is Donnatol an over the counter anti-spasmatic? I'll have to do a search on it. Thanks

I actually felt a bit nauseous too and had the chills...does anyone else feel this way when they have bad attacks? I always seem to get feverish.
