Well, rice oil is listed as the third ingredient, so I guess It is a main ingredient. Thanks for the tip on mono-fat, I never considered this equation before. In the cheese, there was 1.5 gram of the bad fat for 1 gram of the good mono fat, so I guess you were quite right about rice oil. As for carrageenan, I tolerate it in the Belsoy pudding. Fat seems to be a major trigger for me, even in small amount. Well, anyway, feeling better this morning. It seems a have a tough time to tolerate many vegeterian product on the market because they are full of fat and triggers.
Thanks for the tips. Guess it will be no cheese for me from now on. Life without cheese for a french canadian is like life without a hamburger for an american, really hard to get used to...
