first off i would really try and sincerely follow the diet if you can or at least incorporate the concept of soluble fiber before the rest, then if the baebbe doesn't work, befor eyou try zelnorm try something called triphala, it is an ayurvedic blend of three fruit herb types that also are supposed to help regulate peristalsis in the intestines naturally, it has worked well for me in the past.
