i second the probiotics and digestive enzymes, also consider cutting soy out of your diet for 2 weeks and see what happens, try rice or almond milk instead. L-glutamine can also be very helpful for healing the unhapy gut walls as well as turmeric has been shown to reduce frequency of ibs attacks.
