take a magnesium supplemet seprate from your calcium, get yourself the natural calm product, it is the most absorbable, when our cal and mag ratio gets out of whack neither nutrient is absorbed properly and although most supplements are sold as 2:1 ratios of cal:mag, you take take tons more mag than cal and it will only help the calcium get absorbed.
2:3 of cal:mag is actually most ideal.
and the side benefit is while calcium can constipate you, magnesium helps you go, you can basically take magnesium and up your dose gradually all the way until it gives you D, then go back down to th elast highest dose that doesn't and that is your body's optimal dose.and if you can't find natural calm, get any magnesium citrate in high concentrations you can find.
Good luck
