I had the dreaded event yesterday, still dealing with the side effects from the prep (I haven't gone that much in my entire life! ). I wasn't sure if I should start taking the acacia again yet. I'd only been taking it for 3 days, then the GI told me to stop all supplements until after the colonoscopy. But since I'm still so, um, loose, I wasn't sure if I should start taking it now or wait till I'm a little more, um, solid. Any suggestions?
