What is the wheat "raw material" in soy sauces?       09/18/06 07:00 AM Edit Reply Quote Ulrika Reged: 08/20/06 Posts: 581 Loc: Uppsala, Sweden On my soy bottle it says that soy sauce contains "veteråvara", which word by word translated would be wheat raw material.
