I mostly just wanted to hear that other people noticed the same thing. That is exactly how I've felt recently...some nausea (which is very rare for me) and slower bowels. I too crave white meat. If my tummy would let me sometimes I think I could make a meal out of just meat! So I don't want to go to a complete vegitarian diet. But I will have to be concious of my portions...only small amounts of animal protein in one sitting. I do eat a lot of beans, so I get protein from those. I guess I'll just have to cut down a bit for now and maybe someday I can eat larger quantities again. Thanks again. -------------------- ~Mary Had surgery for rectal prolapse in Sept.
